About:
This bingo card is designed for patient care technician (PCT) training and competency reinforcement. Tasks span clinical skills like HAPI prevention, CHG baths, and vital-sign documentation, alongside teamwork competencies like reporting to the RN and completing purposeful rounds. Use it as a training tool, shift checklist, or to recognize competency demonstration during onboarding or continuing education.
