The 10-word list includes proud, worried, confident, grateful, and lonely—each with a clear, age-appropriate definition. Word List
- Feeling pleased about something that you own or have done
- Unhappy or disappointed because of something unpleasant that has happened
- Anxious about something or afraid of something
- Feeling sure about your own ability to do things and be successful
- Not excited, nervous or upset
- Calm and not anxious or worried
- Too anxious and tired to be able to relax
- Feeling or showing thanks because somebody has done something kind for you
- Feeling shy, especially in a social situation
- Unhappy because you have no friends or people to talk to
