About:
This social-emotional learning worksheet helps 8th and 9th graders reflect on "bucket-filling" moments using the bucket-filling metaphor. Students write about times they gave and received kindness, as well as moments of unkindness, and consider the emotional impact on themselves and others. Useful for character education, classroom community-building, or as a reflection activity in a SEL unit.
