About:
This social-emotional learning worksheet helps students in Grades 1–5 build self-awareness and responsible decision-making skills. Students identify three things they're avoiding, describe what might happen after a week of avoidance, and brainstorm one small step forward. Useful for classroom lessons on procrastination and goal-setting, as a check-in during advisory time, or to support students developing problem-solving strategies.
